Yom HaAtzmaut (or Yom Ha’atzmaut) is a Jewish holiday, celebrated on the 5th day of the month of Iyar in the Hebrew calendar, which usually falls in April or May in the Gregorian calendar. The holiday is moved if it lands on the Sabbath (Saturday).
