Campaign
The Building our Future Campaign allowed us to design and construct our Student Center, the newest building on our historic Newton campus which was completed and opened in 2018. This expansion has added important facilities for students with a full-court gymnasium, a stage and performance venue, a multi-purpose activity and wellness facility, a culinary kitchen, and outdoor and indoor instructional spaces. The Student Center has established a new location for PE classes, winter and spring performances, community events, and special cooking classes for all students.
Join Us as we Build Our Future
The funding for this space was provided entirely by philanthropic support from the JWP community. Thanks to that generosity we were able to realize our dream, and as the Capital Campaign continues we will be offering naming rights to the building and its components. Naming a part or all of the building is a beautiful way to honor a loved one or publicly recognize a family’s commitment to our mission.
Thank you
JWP has been blessed with generous support for this project from the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston; the Board of Trustees; a Campaign Steering Committee co-chaired by Emily Venanzi P’20, ’23, Dave Ferrer, P’20, and Vic Narasimhan P’18, “20; and early leadership giving by many families, grandparents, benefactors, and friends.
