Her expertise spans business development, public relations, project management, and sales leadership, consistently exceeding performance targets. She is an expert at building strong partnerships, fostering collaborative environments, and leveraging technology for optimal processes and account management. She has accomplished building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Carolina is skilled in architectural project management, executive administration, and strategic relationship cultivation, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. Her international experience includes leading consultancy management efforts on global teams, conducting LATAM and international market research, and translating data into actionable implementation plans. Carolina is a native of Colombia and attended the University of Connecticut, where she graduated with an honors degree in Urban Architecture. She is fluent in Spanish and English and conversant in Portuguese. Carolina loves spending time with her family, swimming, and outdoor activities!
