A little about me…

Sam joined Jackson Walnut Park School in January 2024 as a Kids’ Corner assistant.

Sam is a teacher, musician, and artist from Long Island, NY currently living in Boston.

Sam has taught choir, music technology, songwriting, and general music for K-12 with Boston Children’s Chorus, Cambridge Public Schools, The Pike School, and The Buxton School. They perform as a vocalist in professional choirs, opera productions, and experimental ensembles in the Boston area.

Sam’s abstract expressionist artwork has been featured in Boston and NYC galleries, and their works exemplify their enthusiasm for teaching free expression and the joy of creating.

Sam has a life long passion for working with children; their goal is to foster community and creativity through children’s natural earnestness and curiosity. They are delighted to be working with the wonderful students and staff of Jackson Walnut Park School.
